Our designers are an integral part of making your fishing & our business a success, so we are able to offer them various incentives to help continue & expand with us.
If you would like to be considered becoming a team member, please submit samples of the patterns you would like us to consider & a brief outline of why you think your patterns ought to be considered to join our range. A materials recipe would help as well. Please Note that we are not looking for "run of the mill" patterns of which similar versions may well already be available from other suppliers though, so your patterns must have something unique about them to be considered.
Whatever your level of tying experience, we are defiantly interested in seeing your work & learning about your experiences with them. Please note however we shall not be able to return your any of your patterns, but we will auction them at the end of the season for charity. The person who patterns sell the mosts will have the choice of which charity the monies will go to. We need to see a minimum of 3 flies from you, and they must be on Tiemco/Daiichi hooks or .eumer tubes.
Please send them in a crush proof container to the contact address after advising us that you are doing so. We may not always be able to get back to you immediately as we might
A. already be dealing with others that arrived earlier or
B. be under pressure coping with other aspects of the business such as seasonal demands etc. The appraisal process can normally take around 2 to 3 weeks)
