Welcome to the Deer Creek website, we hope you enjoy your time with us.
For over 25 years we have been involved with fly dressing & fly fishing both in the U.K, and internationally. The name may be new to you, but it's one we would like you to remember and tell your fly fishing friends about.
Our aim is straightforward enough, over the years we have built up quality relationships with many of the worlds top fly fisherman. We also deal with most of the worlds leading fly tying houses. Our commitment to quality is bar none in the industry, we have 21st century ideas and quality to match. Unfortunately there are still a lot of companies out there whose standards are still way back in the last century, both in product quality & service. We not only do everything we can to meet your expectations, we are always striving to exceed them.
All of the flies photographed on site are our standard randomly picked products, they have NOT been specially chosen or preened for the camera. The pictures of them are NOT treated with ANY photo-manipulation processes. "What you see, is what you get"
We only use tying suppliers we have complete trust in, as we say this trust has been built over many years; so consequently they are very aware that if they give us any problems with their quality they lose out. We use the three best tying houses in the world bar none. We are not in the market where the fly starts to disintegrate even before it gets wet. Our flies are dressed to the limits of the carefully selected materials to ensure maximum possible durability. The hooks chosen for them come from worlds leading manufacturers. However we still test samples from each batch to ensure consistency.
If in the very unlikely event you do get a problem please send the fly back & we hope you will be more than pleased with the outcome.
The fly is the only thing between you & the fish that really matters, you can spend many many hundreds of pounds/dollars/euros on rods, reels, lines, time and all manner of other things. HOWEVER none of these will actually do anything for you if you don't have complete confidence in your fly.
We are constantly striving to improve & update our product range, & we have the experience to know that our products work.
